How this links to our clinical work

These books reflect the same evidence-based approach we use every day at HT Physio — practical, personalised, and grounded in science.

Why I wrote these books

After years of working as a physiotherapist, I kept seeing the same pattern: people over fifty being told their pain was “just their age,” that nothing more could be done, or that surgery and medication were their only options.

I knew that wasn’t the full story.

These books were written to challenge that narrative, to replace confusion with clarity, fear with confidence, and misinformation with practical, evidence-based guidance.

My mission is simple: to help as many people as possible stay strong, mobile and independent for life.
