Specialist Physiotherapist
Bridgette qualified with a BSc Honours in Physiotherapy from The University of the Witwatersrand in South Africa in 2010 and completed her Certificate in Orthopaedic Manipulative Therapy in 2017. Since then she has gained extensive experience in the field of musculoskeletal and sports injuries as well as developing a special interest in pain neurophysiology and therapeutic neuroscience education. Bridgette is passionate about biomechanics – how and why things work the way they do – and ensuring that each of her clients is treated holistically and as such incorporates much exercise and education into each of her treatment sessions. She believes that you should walk away from your treatment not only knowing what you have injured but why, how to get moving again and how to move better in the future. In her spare time enjoys dancing, gardening, reading, road trips and has a huge soft spot for all animals!

Rosie graduated with a first class degree in Physiotherapy from St George’s University of London. She has several years of experience working within the NHS across a range of clinical areas and has developed specialist expertise in musculoskeletal physiotherapy. She has a particular interest in sports injuries and in getting to the root cause of lower back pain, helping patients move beyond short term fixes to achieve lasting results.
She is passionate about understanding the underlying drivers of pain and dysfunction, and believes in empowering her patients through education, movement and tailored rehabilitation. Her approach focuses not just on treating symptoms, but on restoring confidence, resilience and long term mobility.
Outside of work she loves cooking and baking, walking the coastal path, keeping up with her naughty cat, and is always looking for ways to perfect her golf swing.
