Please be aware that the following fees may apply depending on how much notice you give us:

We do not like charging for missed appointments but they prevent other people who need our help from getting one of our available slots. We see giving us more than a 24-hour notice period as a respectful way to allow us to offer your slot to another patient.

COVID-19: There is no charge applied for cancelling due to testing positive for COVID-19 on the day of your appointment, nor is there a charge for cancelling due to new symptoms that arise on the day of your appointment. If you are not sure, please give us a ring to discuss your situation further.
