We are situated in Clayton Court, a small courtyard through an archway on Downing Street in Farnham.

As you’re walking up Downing Street (following the one-way system and walking AWAY from the Lost Boy pub and Downing Street Surgery), on your left you will see an archway with a sign above it that says Clayton Court.
Walk through the archway and you’ll see a building called The Old Bakehouse. That’s us!
Come to the front door and knock and our lovely front desk staff will let you in.
Parking
Parking is nearby and easy to find, with two car parks within 100 yards from our premises. You will have to pay a small parking charge in either car park.
The car parks are called Waggon Yard Car Park and Central Car Park.
These can be seen labelled on the map above. You can access both of these car parks by following the one-way system on Downing Street and either taking a right into Central Car Park or taking a left into Waggon Yard Car Park.
If you park in Central Car Park (Parking A on the map), you can cut through the alleyway (labelled in red dashes) which will bring you out directly opposite Clayton Court.
If you park in the Waggon Yard Car Park, simply walk up Downing Street following the one-way system and Clayton Court will be on your left in 100 yards.
The cheapest car park in the area is the Upper Hart car park, which is about 300 yards walking distance from the practice, and is a great alternative if you don't mind walking.
