Fix a “Duck Bottom” Anterior Pelvic Tilt – 3 Simple Steps

Welcome to the latest episode of HT Physio Quick Tips!

In this episode, Farnham’s leading over-50’s physiotherapist, Will Harlow, explains the causes of a “duck bottom” posture (also known as an anterior pelvic tilt) and give THREE exercises to be used to fix it!

The anterior pelvic tilt is a common symptom from lots of sitting and can cause stress on the lower spine (plus it can look unattractive and give the appearance of a big bottom!). Luckily, the exercise programme to fix the issue takes minimal time and works within a 8-12 weeks.
