By accessing or using any of our content, you agree to the terms of this Disclaimer.

  1. General information only

All information provided by HT Physio is general in nature and for educational and informational purposes only.

Nothing we publish online is:

  • medical advice
  • physiotherapy treatment
  • a diagnosis
  • a personalised rehabilitation programme
  • a substitute for an in-person assessment by a healthcare professional

Our online content is not tailored to your medical history, current condition or personal needs.

  1. Not medical advice

Although HT Physio is run by registered physiotherapists, we are not providing physiotherapy or medical advice through our website, videos, guides or social media.

Only an individual clinical assessment can determine what is safe and appropriate for you.
If you are experiencing pain, uncertainty or a health concern, you should consult a qualified professional for personalised advice.

  1. Scope of practice

3.1 What we do online

We provide general information about mobility, strength, balance, healthy ageing and physiotherapy principles.
This may include exercise demonstrations, explanations, wellness tips and general advice.

3.2 What we do not do online

We do not:

  • diagnose injuries or medical conditions through our online content
  • provide personalised rehabilitation plans
  • recommend specific exercises for your unique medical history
  • monitor your performance of any exercise
  • guarantee that a movement or exercise is safe or appropriate for you

Clinical diagnosis or treatment is only provided during a one-to-one consultation with a HT Physio clinician for UK-based clients.

  1. Exercise risk notice

  • unexpected or concerning symptoms

If you are unsure whether a particular movement is suitable, seek personalised medical advice before starting.

Nothing in this Disclaimer removes or limits HT Physio’s liability where the law does not allow it, including liability for injury caused by our negligence.

  1. No guarantees

We make no guarantees about:

  • results you may achieve
  • improvements in mobility, strength, or pain
  • similarity of your experience to testimonials or case studies
  • outcomes following our exercises or recommendations

Testimonials and success stories represent individual experiences only.

  1. Accuracy and completeness

We work hard to ensure our content is accurate, up-to-date and reliable.
However, health science evolves, and honest errors can occur.

We do not guarantee that information is:

  • complete
  • current
  • error-free
  • applicable to your specific situation

If you become aware of an error, please inform us at hello@ht-physio.co.uk.

  1. No client-professional relationship

Using our website, content or social media does not create a physiotherapist-patient or client relationship with HT Physio.

A professional relationship is only formed:

  • after an appointment is booked and confirmed, and
  • you receive written confirmation of service with a HT Physio clinician.

Until that point, you are not a client of HT Physio, and no clinical duty of care is owed.

  1. Affiliate links

We may recommend products or services that we trust.
Some links may be affiliate links, meaning we may receive a small commission if you purchase using the link.
This comes at no additional cost to you and never influences our recommendations.

Our content may link to websites or resources owned by third parties.
We are not responsible for:

  • the accuracy of external content
  • the safety or suitability of external exercises or advice
  • the privacy practices of third-party websites

You access external sites at your own discretion.

This includes liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, HT Physio is not liable for:

  • indirect or consequential losses
  • loss of data, profits or business
  • injuries or issues arising from following online content that is not tailored to you
