Responsibilities & Tasks

  • To assess and treat our patients in alignment with our company values.
  • Successfully communicate the diagnosis and treatment plan to a patient in a way that they can understand and that aligns them with the agreed plan of care.
  • To commit to a “hands-on-first” therapy approach, with an emphasis on gentle manual therapy to encourage movement and relief.
  • Connect with all patients on a human level and build relationships with our clients that benefits both the client and the clinic.
  • Ensuring that patients remain excited at the prospect of coming to physiotherapy sessions by measuring progress and being enthusiastic about the changes seen between sessions.
  • Demonstrating kindness, empathy, a high level of care and excellent customer service to every client who enters the clinic.
  • Ensure that clinical notes are kept up to date, accurate and completed in the agreed time frame to the standards set out in the HCPC guidelines.
  • To participate in – and contribute to – the clinic’s in-house educational training programme. 
  • To work with the front-of-house team to ensure that all bills, invoices and receipts are delivered efficiently and to add payment information to patients’ records. 
  • To keep the clinic clean, tidy and well-presented.
  • To be time-efficient and make every effort to run to the agreed appointment times where possible.

Who We Are Looking For:

  • A HCPC and CSP-registered physiotherapist.
  • Someone with a range of hands-on assessment and treatment skills, with additional qualifications being a plus.
  • Acupuncture qualifications are advantageous but not essential.
  • 1-2 years of MSK experience is desirable.
  • Experience helping people over fifty years of age.
